Wipro Dalian Offshore Delivery Center located in Dalian BEST City; it will feature next generation technology infrastructure and world-class training facilities. The facility will incorporate smart city and green building design concepts. Wipro Dalian Center will host approx. 1000 employees. Linguistic requirements of the required personnel will cover more than13 languages, such as English, Japanese, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, Malay, Russian, French, German and so on.


Wipro will provide customers with outsourcing services likes consulting service, STI consultation, enterprises management consultation, logistics management consultation, and financial management consulting services at present and infuture. University graduate with 1 year experience or fresh graduate.

 Good at Thai (R/W) is must, English (R/W) is plus

 Self regular and be able to work independently

 Excellent MS office skill

 Willing to take ad hoc and work with challenge

 Good team player.     


• Read reports/news and other documents/websites and find the required (Profiles/Holding) data quickly.

 Meet personal KPI target both in quality and productivity

 Complete ticket within agreed SLA

 Contribute improvement ideas and assist team leaders implementing (quality relevant) process

 Share sub-processing knowledge and experience with other teammembers and help them solving difficulties in the daily operation

 Quick response to client escalation/query
